In the field of R+D and knowledge transfer activities\u00a0IPBs participation is considered of great importance in the Parque de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda de Tr\u00e1s-os-Montes Brigantia Eco Park (Scientific and Technological Park).\u00a0<\/strong>The IPB also has an outstanding R+D recognised centre in relevant areas in the framework of the project,\u00a0CIMO<\/strong> (Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n de Monta\u00f1a \/ Centre of Mountain Research). disabled=”off”]<\/p>\n TheConservatoire botanique Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9en <\/span> <\/strong>is a public entity with 15 years of authorisation from the French Ministry of Ecology<\/strong> (article L.414-10 of the Environment Code) to perform activities pertaining to the recognition and conservation of wild flora and natural habitats.<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n The administrators of protected sites will be supported in the activities related to identification and conservation of species, populations and rare and\/ or threatened habitats. Furthermore, it will provide the project, on behalf of the State, with technical support in collaboration with operators from Natura 2000 Network, bringing their experience in phytosociology through protocols to follow up the vegetation and in management measures.<\/span><\/p>\n Back in 2000 the CBNPMP<\/span><\/strong> started a dynamic recovery of the local flora for the revegetation of high altitude terrains. The\u00a0Pyr\u00e9graine Neou<\/strong> indicator, presented by the\u00a0CBN\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>may identify seeds of local origin.
